Resident Registration

Complete your flat details (Wing, Flat Number, Phone) and upload your profile picture. All registrations enter a Pending Review queue and must be approved by the Society Administrator before accessing portal modules.

Paying Dues

Go to the Maintenance Dues tab to view outstanding payments. Overdue invoices automatically calculate a 2% interest penalty after the due date. Click Pay Dues Online to proceed through the integrated secure gateway.

Voting in Council

Admins and owners can publish voting polls in any chat thread. All registered society members can cast one vote per poll. Results are updated in real-time, and polls freeze automatically once their expiration date passes.

Guest Passcode Entry

Tap Create Pass on your home dashboard. Enter the guest's name, vehicle details, and purpose of visit. Share the generated passcode. The gate guard will verify it instantly upon arrival to grant access.

Who can approve visitor parking requests?
Only administrators (Society Secretary/Management Committee) have access to approve or reject visitor parking requests. When a resident submits a parking request, a push notification is sent to the administrators who review the booking and assign the slot.
What happens when I trigger an SOS alert?
Triggering an SOS sends an emergency alert notification to all security guards and society administrators. The alert flashes at the gate guard terminal. Once a guard acknowledges and resolves the issue, they log feedback that notifies the management committee that the crisis has been resolved.
How do I export a festival financial report?
Go to the Finances screen, select the active festival event, and click the PDF icon. The application compiles all recorded contributions and expense invoices, formats them into a premium multi-page ledger statement matching our design specifications, and opens the sharing/download sheet on your device.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. All data and transaction ledgers are stored in a secured Supabase PostgreSQL database. Access is controlled using Row Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring only authenticated and approved residents can read ledgers, and only authorized committee members can modify transaction registers.
